Nationwide Service Dog Training & Credential Verification
Legal
Last updated: July 22, 2026
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and message content when you submit a contact form, apply as a trainer, or create a staff account. If you enroll a handler-and-dog team in an ASDI program, we also collect training, evaluation, and credential records necessary to operate that program.
We use collected information to respond to inquiries, deliver training and evaluation services, operate the public credential verification tool, maintain the security of our systems, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Our public credential verification tool only displays fields a handler has explicitly opted to share, such as a dog's display name and credential status. We never display medical, disability, address, or contact information on the public verification page. Verification attempts are logged internally (including a hashed IP address) for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
We use essential cookies required for authentication and site functionality. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and role-based access controls, to protect information in our care.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below, subject to legal and operational limitations (for example, records required for credential integrity or audit purposes).
Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@nuviobridge.com or through our contact form.
